You will be responsible for managing various technical support matters, working together with local and regional support teams around the world to find solutions that facilitate and streamline the work. You will learn about our building automation systems that monitor control systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, access and safety, as well as working with development, marketing and quality teams to solve technical issues. With a passion for technology and a problem solving – you are likely to thrive in this role!

We also believe that you might have:
Bachelor’s or master degree within Engineering, Computer Science or Automation
Strong ability to communicate in both speaking and writing.
Previous experience within technical support
